Owners of Les Petits Parisiens
Florine & Thibaud took over Les Petits Parisiens with the goal of creating a restaurant that reflects who they are: one that offers exquisite cuisine, a warm welcome, and is deeply rooted in its neighborhood. Together, they strive to create a place where people love to gather, share, and make memories.

Coming from a family of restaurateurs, Thibaud first built his career in business, consulting, and higher education before returning to his original passion: hospitality. Florine, a former journalist who became a pastry chef and then a restaurateur, brings to the project her attention to detail, her commitment to passing on knowledge, and her dedication to meaningful experiences.


Together, they took over Les Petits Parisiens with the conviction that a restaurant is much more than a collection of tables and plates. It is a place for encounters, discoveries, and shared moments. Their ambition is simple: to make Les Petits Parisiens a destination where people return as much for the cuisine as for the atmosphere and the warm welcome.
