His role is to keep the heart of the restaurant beating and to create the conditions for a fair, warm, and lively experience.

In the kitchen, Lucas Felzine creates contemporary French cuisine, guided by the seasons, the ingredients, and the search for balance. His cuisine is lively and precise, nourished by respect for producers, short supply chains, and the alchemy between textures and flavors.
